Currency & Payments: All prices quoted are in US dollars. All data transmitted is via SSL and is secure and safe.

Shipping: All stock items are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Any back-order item will be notified.

Partial orders: Partial orders can be shipped only after customer confirmation. No charges will be applied until the item becomes available and after it is shipped.

Delivery: Delivery time may vary from 3 to 7 business days Domestic and 7 to 14 working days International and overseas. This may vary for remote areas. In remort rural areas it may take 10 to 15 working days.

The products sent through India post will reach you within 7 to 14 working days from the date of dispach. It may get delayed in some conditions like the regulations of clearing agencies or customs at local and destination country, but generally it doesn’t happen as  we send the products with all requried documents with our shipments including the doctor’s prescription.
 In rare cases – say 3 to 7 % the delivery may take upto 4 weeks , especially in Islands , South America and Some countries in Africa , which is due to not well connectivity with shipping.

The charges of DHL and Fedex are more than the normal EMS. So if a person need products very soon within 3 to 7 days internationaly then they have to pay more for this. If the purchase is more than 1000 USD ., then we send is through DHL or Fedex. Which can be tracked online.

NOT Possible to issue return for the purchase you made

There will be no refund , if the products are returned due to the rejection by customs or because of a failed delivery attempt.
There will be no refund , if the customer refuses to accept the delivery.
Please do not send us used or unused bottles asking for refund.
We are not able to refund , because we have not kept huge margin / profits in our product prices.
We are not able to refund because we are shipping from India and it takes lot of time , money , efforts and hard work to sned the best quality products to serve people all over the world.
So rather than sending back and spending your time and money, you just send us email and  we will guide you how to best use and utilize the products.

Shipping fee: There is a fee of US $30.00 to 50 US $for shipping for international parcel.

Custom duties / Return Policy

This is for international coustmers , Please check with your country for restrections , duties and taxes collected from your country. In some countries they charge 3 to 4 % of delivery charges ,which is rare but possible. So the coustmer has to pay dutie charges this is not our responsibility. If in any case customs refused the medicine entry by any reason , we  are not responcible for it. If they destroy the medicines then customer have to bear all the payments.

Return Policy: If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, simply return your unused item with the receipt for an exchange or refund within 30 days.
only merchandise purchased via will be accepted.
Returns will only be credited to the original tender type.
No return on final sales items.
Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately.
For returns, please provide your name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is collected, used and retained to ensure that refunds and exchanges are valid.
Shipping charges may be applied to the products shipped free of cost.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and charges.

On which days do you not deliver ?
Products are only delivered on bussiness days. Apart from Sunday there are certain govt. holidays throughout the year thatare not considered as bussiness days. Delivery will not happen on these days.
Shipping Policy for South Africa , Europen Countries Norway , Italy , Germany , Arabian Countries Saudi Arabia.
We usually send our products via post or EMS throughout the world which take 7 to 14 working days to deliver at maximun locations of world. In south africa it takes 4 weeks to 5 weeks. For Norway , Italy , Saudi Arabia ,the  packages are not delivered through EMS in general. So for these countries we prefer to send through DHL / Fedex , which takes around 4 to 7 working days only.
As shipping  charges of DHL / Fedex are very high , so each package is charged about 100 USD extra than the current prices of our products mentioned on website.
If you are in these countries then you have to send extra shippment charges i.e 100 USD and we will send it through DHL/Fedex.

Our collection of personal information is limited to what is reasonable under the circumstances and your information will be used for the purpose for which it was collected.

Your personal information is not disclosed to anyone outside Dramitdutta and our selected third party service providers.

Terms and Conditions:

  • In case of requesting a refund, please send an e-mail
  • In case of having medicine being sent or collected from our center, there will not be any possibility to get refund as our medicines and consultation are individual specific.
  • The refund will be made available from our Jalandhar center office. The time taken to get refund may be dependent on the factors such as the credit card company, bank or other institutes, over which we may have no control.
  • If the above institutes levy extra charges for refund, the refund amount may vary accordingly.
  • Refund may be made in US$ or Indian Rupees depending on the regulations.
  • Refund request is applicable if made within 30 days of placing fresh treatment order or within 30 days of beginning of the remaining applicable treatment period (4 or 8 months) before the medicines are dispatched.
  • Dramitdutta reserves rights to modify the refund policy at its discretion, without notice.
  • Please note that Dramitdutta is not liable to give any refund to those patients who do not revert back to us by sending a reply to the questionnaire, within one year of signing up for the treatment. Those patients who do not reply to the questionnaire even after reminders twice (by e-mail as well as by post), will not be liable for any refund nor any medication if they do not respond within one year from the date of sign-up or within 8 months of the dispatch of the last batch of medicine, in case of those who have chosen for 8 or 12 months plan.
  • Patients choosing the wrong treatment plan in terms of location (e.g. choosing India plan despite residing out side India), will have to produce the valid proof of residence, failing which a refund will be given after deducting an amount equivalent to USD 25 to 50. The refund will be given in Indian Rupees by a check.
  • Use of our services amounts to agreeing to the refund policy.

Important note for patients from India making payment using credit card: 

Please note that we are using a foreign payment gateway for processing your credit card details, which will charge the specified fees (such as Rs. 3400/-, etc.) but is US dollars. Depending on the US$ to INR fluctuation, the actual charges may have a variation of about Rs. 200. However, we assure that in case you have been charged more, we shall send you more medicine worth that amount, assuring you no loss to you. Please note that we shall not be liable for any legal action for variation in charges after having made this declaration.

  • In case of refund request any time during the course of treatment, following deductions will be applicable:
    • Consultation and handling charges: Rs. 1000/-
    • Rs. 300/- will be charged per week of the medicines dispensed or until the date of refund request.
    • There is no refund on the dispensed medicines, or medicines not used by the patients, as medicines are not usable by us in any way.
    • The refund request will be valid only if made before the end of the treatment plan opted by the patient, which may be for 4 or 8 or 12 weeks.
    • No refund will be available if the patient approaches after the end of the course of treatment.
  • If the patient claims to recover within a period shorter than the treatment plan opted for, there will be no refund available, as the treatment plan indicates cost of the treatment up to the specified period.
  • How to request a refund: Patient is requested to produce a receipt of fees. No refund will be available without a valid receipt.
  • The refund may be given only by cheque in favour of the patient (or guardian) who have made the payment. No refund will be made by cash.  
  • In case of unavailability of the accountant out side of office hours, the refund cheque will be sent by post to address within India.
  • Instruction about this Refund Policy has been displayed on the notice board.
  • Starting of treatment confirms that the patient has agreed to this Refund Policy.
  • Please note that dramitdutta  is not liable to give any refund to those patients who do not revert back to us by sending a reply to the questionnaire, within one year of signing up for the treatment. Refund Policy
We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us unless specifically stated otherwise on our product pages or readers offer advertisements. We make every effort to service the order/s placed with us as per the specifications and timelines mentioned against each product. If due to any reason, unavoidable circumstances or beyond the limitations of the merchants the order is not shipped by the seller then the order shall be cancelled and refunded. In the event the order/product is delivered and has been cancelled for refund due to product fault, delivery of wrong product, partial product, etc the refund is processed.
The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons:

  • The specific product/model is out of Stock.
  • The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline.
  • On customers request
  • The shipping address is not serviceable.
  • Any other reason beyond the control of merchants or world of herbals.

The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons: 

  • Established defect in the product which the seller is not able to either replace or repair.
  • Correct product could not be delivered.
  • Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.
  • Customer refused to take the delivery, refund would not be applicable incase of perishable products, like flowers, cakes, etc and/or incase of made to order and personalized products, like mugs, T-shirts with personal pictures.
  • Products damaged during transit and delivery not accepted.

Caution: Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

  • Ensure that the product is in seller warranty.
  • Cancellation and refund requests for products shall not be eligible under manufacturer warranty.
  • The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by merchant.
  • Need to attach a note along with the product returned for refund. The note should clearly state your name and address, contact number, and order number. Describe the problem in your own words. Without your order details processing refund / replacement would not be possible.
  • The return courier awb/tracking number not intimated to Dramitdutta customer support team is not eligible for refund
  • The order returned must accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order else the cost of the accessories shall be recovered from the refund amount.
  • Any charges levied as tax is not eligible for refund.

Note: Any Gift coupon circulated as promotional offer would not be refunded in case of cancellation of the order.

Refund Process:

  • Please connect with our customer care via email or call.
  • The customer care team will validate the request by checking the timelines, product type, warranty terms, etc and shall take the request for refund or exchange
  • Ensure to collect the return address from Dramitdutta  customer care.
  • Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, return address and your address.
  • Follow the instructions of customer care carefully for packaging and returning the product using courier services.
  • Ensure that the awb / tracking number is shared withDramitdutta customer care.
  • The order shall be considered for refund only if the seller receives the product in undamaged condition [there should be no scratches, no dents etc.]

Caution: Please ensure to pack the product properly before handling it over to courier.

A refund can be refused if the following conditions are met.

  • The product is completely broken and unusable or with scratches or incomplete as per the seller claims from the customer.
  • The product is returned beyond the required return date or you have not informed us about the concern during the warranty period.
  • The above process does not apply to books, movie and music cd, DVD, Blue-ray, cd roms, magazines and flower and confectionary items.
  • The order returned does not accompany all the accessories (including freebies) which were serviced along with the order.
  • Any other product which Dramitdutta deems fit from time to time.

Please Note:

  • On cancellation of an order, you are entitled to receive refund based on pay mode table mentioned in refund timelines plus the shipping charges.
  • is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order, for reason mentioned above.

  • We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Dramitdutta or its business partner. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Refund processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next Credit Card/ Bank statement.
  • Refund Cheque will be issued in the billing name unless otherwise advised by customers.
  • In case the refund Cheque is lost by customer, Cheque will be reissued in15 days on the receipt of affidavit.
  • In case of incorrect name on the refund Cheque, a new Cheque will be reissued in 15 days on the receipt of original Cheque from the customer.
  • If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact customer care for further assistance.
